What does Moksha Yoga mean ?

Moksha yoga is also considered as hot yoga as this category of yoga is done in area in which temperature is kept high. As the temperature is high and physical exercises are done this makes the person to sweat. This sweating will help to detoxify your body and help you stay fit and healthier. By this way of yoga weight can also be reduced. So it can be done preferably by people who are obese or want that they should stay healthy. Moksha yoga is not just simple exercise; it helps you maintain a good physical and mental health. It helps you maintain peace of mind and can relieve mental as well physical stress.

The poses done in Moksha yoga help you to relieve physical stress, as the muscles are stretched and regular practise makes them strong as well. People who have to sit in abnormal postures for several hours because of their work can be benefited largely by practising Moksha yoga.
